About TWS

The Wildlife Society (TWS) at Virginia Tech is a student chapter of the international Wildlife Society. 

- We currently have bi-weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in Cheatham Hall Room 317 (the time, day, and location may change with each semester). 

- We have social events outside of meetings, which include herping, birding, hiking, and movie/game nights! 

- TWS is not only a fun student organization to be a part of, but it also can help prepare you for your professional career. Resume workshops and guest speakers (including potential employers and research opportunities with CNRE faculty) are all part of TWS meetings. 

- Dues are $25 for the full academic year or $15 per semester. `
